A beautiful sparkling rosato from the hills of Piemonte.

Grapes: Moscato di Canelli and Freisa

Pale pink in colour, delicate notes of red berries and fruits, blood orange, fresh Italian herbs, a touch of freshly tilled earth, and hints of yogurt.

Smooth and gentle on the palate, light bodied, with soft bubbles and vibrant acidity, resulting in a deliciously refreshing sip.

Nerd Notes:

Primarily Moscato di Canelli with a little Freisa, it undergoes spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts in concrete tanks, before being bottled with a little harvest must added in.

Estate grown with organic and biodynamic practices.

No added sulphur.
