Pretty aromatics of florals and light herbs on the nose. Full flavoured, with notes of jasmine, bergamot tea, citrus, and dried apple.

Exquisitely textured on the palate, a lip-smacking mouthfeel that's all dried citrus in character, and fresh acidity to balance out the grippy tannin line.

NERD NOTES

Estate grown organic Albana grapes.

Vineyards are located in Brisighella near the Apennine Mountains than run through Emilia-Romagna, with the vines growing in sandy loam soils with marl and calcareous sandstone.

Hand harvested grapes.

Spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts, 5 days of skin maceration, in steel and cement containers.

Aged in stainless steel.
