A skinsy acid driven maverick of a Pinot Gris - like a Jazz beat that somehow never stops.

Fresh and juicy and unrepentedly itself. White florals, nashi pear, strawberry, and mandarin lead us in, followed up with Turkish delight, blood orange, and a flickering tap of spice.

Vibrant and energetic on the palate, fleshy texture, light chalky grip, and a tannin edge that runs from start to finish.

Pair with lemongrass pork with vermicelli noodles, grilled burrata and tomato salad, or your choice of street-food, especially if it has a lick of spice!

NERD NOTES

Sourced from the Box Grove Vineyard in the Goulburn Valley, Victoria - grown on sandy soils. Two picks, half from Roussanne rootstock and half from Cabernet.

All fermented with wild yeasts, some seeing carbonic maceration, some destemmed, some macerated on skins for 5 days.

Aged in old oak and stainless steel, before being blended together.

Bottled with minimal added sulphur.
