NERD NOTES

Blend of Viognier, Clairette, Grenache Blanc, and Roussane. Estate grown in Courthezon (next to Chateauneuf du Pape) in the Southern Rhône Valley. 30 year old vineyards in an east facing vineyard, growing in round pebbles with clay and limestone soils, with organic viticulture.

Hand picked grapes, fermented and macerated on skins for 15 days in stainless steel, aged for 7 months before bottling.
