Sweet cherry fruit notes, raspberry and blueberry, blackcurrants, pepper, cinnamon, black rose aromatics, and a subtle fennel aftertaste.

Dense and concentrated, with structured with dry rustic tannin, kept bright with buzzing acidity. It keeps opening up with every sip.

Delicious and super good, especially with food - pair with cheese and charcuterie, baked poultry and squash vegetables.
