Beautiful on the nose, with peach, pear, quince, perfumed white florals, and a subtle, smokey character. Ripe fruit flavours and a moreish minerality on the palate.

Full of energy and tension, lush and medium bodied, striking the line between dry and off dry, with a long, minerally finish.

Pairs perfectly with grilled fish and other seafood.
