Grown at Freeman's Altura Vineyard in the Hilltops region of NSW, at approximately 560m elevation on decomposed granite soils. Predominantly Furmint with a small addition of Hárslevelű, a traditional Hungarian grape.

The grapes are destemmed and lightly pressed within an hour of harvesting, then fermented in stainless steel. Gentle lees stirring, while selected parcels mature in a combination of new and seasoned oak barrels before blending, aparently.
