A refreshingly fun skin contact Vermentino from an exciting new producer out of Mudgee!

Dry, fresh, and deliciously smooth yet textual. Aromatic on the nose. Rich citrus and tropical frit flavours, with lime, grapefruit, banana peel, pineapple, and a hint of stone fruits. Lightly spiced, subtle herbal notes, a salty mineral character, and hint of oxidised nuttiness. Light to medium bodied, clean lines of acidity, making for an approachable and satisfying skin contact texture.

Ten days skin contact, spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeasts, 30% carbon maceration, 70% whole berries, aged for 6 months in aged barriques, unfined & unfiltered.
