A single vineyard estate Greek red - its dark, complex, and deliciously intense.

Ripe dark fruits and aromatic spices on the nose. Intense fruits flavours of dark plum, dark cherry, blackcurrant, and blackberry, richly spiced with notes of vanilla, cloves, chocolate, and coffee, and a striking earthy tone.

Smooth and lush on the palate, textured with a gentle tannic structure, balanced with fruit weight and a dash of fresh acidity. Complex and deep. Finishes with a persistent spiced tone.

Ready to drink now or age for year. Serve with grilled red meat, roast poultry, or mature cheese.
