A juicy, skinsy blend of Semillon and Muscat, with bright tropical fruit, citrus peel, white florals, and a salty-savoury finish that pulls it all back from going full juicebox.

Think: pineapple skin, lime rind, coconut husk, and peach fuzz, backed by zippy acidity and gentle grip. Made with no additions, no filtering, and no attempt to behave.

Drink it slightly cold, slightly fast, and probably outdoors.
