Deliciously aromatic, with notes of apple, pear, citrus, alpine florals, and a hint of spice. Opens up on the palate, with flavours of lemon, peach, vanilla, and a nutty-character. It's smooth and lushly textured, yet dry, with refreshing acidity, and light to medium bodied. Finishes long and clean, with a citrus and flinty note.
