An off-dry, elegant and minerally-crisp Riesling from Orange in NSW.
Notes of white florals, orange blossom, citrus, white stone fruit, a touch of pale straw, and minerality on the nose. Off-dry and light bodied on the palate, tightly packed around a mineral-slate core, with notes of tangy citrus, key lime, white nectarine and peach. It's crisp and refreshing, kept lean with acidity, and with the minerality extending for clean finish.

NERD NOTES
Fruit sourced from Angullong and Borrodell Vineyards, on the foothills of Mt Canobolas, at an altitude of 880 to 980 metres, with clay loam and basalt derived ferrosol soils.
Grapes were hand harvested during the early morning.
Fruit was destemmed, drained, and soft pressed with incremental increases in pressure, with the juice cold settled for 48 hours and racked off solids.
Fermentation occurred in stainless steel tanks, between 12 to 16 degrees Celsius, before being drained off into a concrete tank and neutral oak barrels to increase complexity and texture, with regular stirring of lees. Sulphur was added to each individual vessel to achieve the desired balance of flavour, acid, and residual sugar, with a final residual sugar of 6.7 grams per litre.
Wine was racked off hard lees, blended together, and aged for a further 6 months of light less and stirred.
Clarified and filtered before bottling.
