Builds in flavour, dark forest fruits, raspberry, currants, and cherry, with sweet spice notes.

Lively on the palate, dry, medium bodied, with fine tannin and a fine acid backbone.

Awesome with all sorts of food, from lamb to pizza.

Estate grown, organic grapes, minimal added sulphur.

The wine is hand harvested in small baskets, de-stemmed and macerated on the skins between 48-72 hours then aged 8 months in large oak barrel.
