A really enjoyable red, striking that balance between interesting and delicious.

Red fruited with a touch of spice on the nose. Builds in flavour, dark forest fruits, raspberry, currants, and cherry, sweet spice notes, and a touch of dried herbs.

Lively on the palate, dry, medium bodied, with a fine tannin line and an acid core.

Awesome with all sorts of food, from lamb to pizza.

NERD NOTES

Estate grown, organic grapes, minimal added sulphur.

The wine is hand harvested in small baskets, de-stemmed and macerated on the skins between 48-72 hours then aged 8 months in large oak barrel.
