Dark forest fruits with notes of spice and raspberry. Light to medium bodied with fine tannin and a fine acid backbone. A really enjoyable wine that is both interesting and delicious. Awesome with all sorts of food, from lamb to pizza.

The wine is hand harvested in small baskets, de-stemmed and macerated on the skins between 48-72 hours then aged 8 months in large oak barrel.
