Seacliff Vodka is made from locally grown barley grain that is traceable to individual paddocks and mixed with pristine spring water from an aquifer in the Southern Highlands. After the grain and water arrives at the distillery in Wollongong, all steps in the production process are undertaken in house to enable complete control and achieve the maximum quality. From milling and fermenting the grain to carbon filtering and bottling the liquid, the result is an award winning vodka that is eloquently smooth and ready to be shared.
