Proper garage wine this. Produced by Hamish in his Wollongong garage after stints making wine in NSW and Italy.
From a random few rows of Pinot Noir vines that had been left to grow overgrown and wild on an otherwise commercial property.
Light and dry with wild berry and cherry notes alongside spice and green peppercorns. A bit rough around the edges but weird and interesting. Pretty tasty straight from the fridge or with food.
