Proper garage wine this. Produced by Hamish in his Wollongong garage after stints making wine in NSW and Italy.
Skin contact Chardonnay done in Amphora. Juicy and savoury with sandy tannins and notes of ripe peach and nuts. A little rough around the edges but very enjoyable orange wine from a young winemaker.
