Fruit forward in flavour, with bright plums and touch of dark cherry fruit, subtle spice, and a light herbal note that ramps up on the finish.

Dark on the palate, dry and medium bodied, textured with chewy tannin, balanced with a splash of jumpy acidity that keeps it approachable.

Hand picked grapes, hand destemmed with 10% whole bunches, wild fermented with 3 weeks on skin maceration, pressed into an old oak puncheon for 2 years, racked into bottle.
