Incredibly good value skin contact pet-nat - fresh, fragrant, and full of flavour.

Bright citrus notes on the nose - think grapefruit and lemon - with florals and a touch of less. The citrus expands on the palate, adding flavours of lime and citron, along with green apples, nectarine, pineapple, and a delightful chalky texture satiating the palate right to the end. Light, fine bubbles, and balanced with crisp acidity.

NERD NOTES

Organic Vermentino (60%) and Fiano (40%), sourced from Chalmers Vineyard in Merbein - Murray Darling, Victoria.

Made in the ancestral method (is a pet-nat). The Vermentino was destemmed, before undergoing a wild ferment on skins for 48 hours, and pressed to old barrel. The Fiano was whole bunch pressed into old barrels.

Blended and bottled before end of primary ferment with a little reserved juice.

Undisgorged, unfined, unfiltered. No additions.
