Incredibly good value skin contact pet-nat - fresh, fragrant, and full of flavour.

Bright citrus notes on the nose - think grapefruit and lemon - with florals and a touch of less. The citrus expands on the palate, adding flavours of lime and citron, along with green apples, nectarine, and a delightful chalky texture satiating the palate right to the end. Light, fine bubbles, and balanced with crisp acidity.

Delicious and absolutely refreshing.

60% Vermentino, destemmed, wild ferment on skins for 48 hours, pressed to old barrel

40% Fiano, whole bunch pressed to old barrel

Blended and bottled before end of primary ferment with a little reserved juice
