Inkwell's “Blonde on Blonde” is an aromatic and textural single vineyard dry white wine made from Viognier grapes grown on their McLaren Vale vineyard. Fermented using wild yeast, 90% of the blend was fermented in neutral French oak hogsheads and 10% was fermented on skins until dry.
