Inkwell - Infidels Primitivo 2021

A full flavoured, structured, and incredibly drinkable Primitivo at an affordable price!

It's soft and juicy, with ripe dark berries, black fruits, and vanilla on the nose. Dry and medium, with fine chalky tannins and balanced acidity resulting in a lush, velvety texture on the palate. The flavour builds with blackberry, dark cherry, and plum, accompanied by oak spices, and earth.

Single vineyard, hand-picked Primitivo is grown on thin loam over Pirramimma Sandstone. Fermented with wild yeast and aged nine months in 20% new French and American and 80% neutral American oak. Minimum effective SO2 added.
