Brightly textured on the palate, crisp acidity but with yummy tannin line, making for a approachable and easy drinking drop.

Semillon, Muscat, and Pinot Gris from South Australia, all picked and vinified separately.
Grapes are harvested in the morning, destemmed, and fermented with a 10 day maceration on skins, before being gently pressed and aged in a mix of a old oak and stainless steel.
