A deliciously fresh and medium bodied wine from Catalunya. From vineyards that have never seen any synthetic chemicals.

Grapes: Grenache Blanc and Macabeo

Intense yet clean on the nose, with light florals, orchard fruits, and a touch of citrus.

Builds in flavour, with ripe apple, pear, a touch of peach and citrus, alongside bright mineral tones and a subtle lees character.

Fresh on the palate with crisp acid, light to medium bodied, slightly rounded on the mouth.

Nerd Notes:

90% Grenache Blanc and 10% Macabeo, harvest by hand.

The Grenache Blanc is destemmed and placed into stainless steel, macerated on skin for 24 hours, fermented, and kept in contact with fine lees for 3 days after fermentation, all at low temperatures.

The Macabeo is destemmed and pressed, with the grape juice fermented in stainless steel at low temperature.

The wine is unaged and blended to taste, bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with minimal added sulphur.
