A golden, cloudy, quietly unhinged white from Northern Greece.

This is 50% Malagousia, 50% Assyrtiko, grown organically on the hills outside Thessaloniki, fermented on skins with indigenous yeasts and bottled unfined, unfiltered, and unsorry.

Expect wild aromatics and savoury weight:
Peach kernel, eucalyptus, lemon balm, chamomile, salt. There’s real tension here—texture and grip but with a soft, rolling acidity that keeps it all in motion.
