Light and refreshing. A savoury character with notes of green apple, tart lime, ginger spice, and faint hazelnut. Crispy with a delicious lick of creaminess. All underscored with a minerally charged acidity.

Riesling from Watervale - Clare Valley, South Australia

Riesling planted in 1973, 1923, & 1973 on red clay on limestone (Gullyview & Grace) and red clay on slate and iron stone (Parish) soils.

Naturally fermented in steel and ceramic amphora for 2 months. Aged in stainless steel for 10 months on fine lees.

Unfined, unfiltered, with minimal added sulphur.
