Aromatic notes of juicy plums and freshly cracked pepper, with rhubarb, acacia, and allspice.

Fruit forward in flavour, with a concentrated pure berry character, accompanied by crabapple, jam, and a touch of pepper-spice (but not from oak).

Smooth on the palate, lush in texture, dry and medium bodied, silky firm tannin providing structure, all kept fresh with rich acidity.

Sourced from the Conmara Vineyard (Bush Track Wines) in the Alpine Valleys, Victoria.

Fermented and aged in stainless steel. Minimal added sulphur.
