NERD NOTES

Micaschist and microgranites terroir. Hand harvested, 55hl per hectare, sorted twice. Natural first fermentation finshing in the bottle, 6 months on latte before being disgorged. No additon of dosage however their is still 4g/l residual sugar. Light filtration and low sulphur added.
