A bright Italian white made from the historic Erbaluce grape variety in Boca, Piemonte.

Bright and elegant, with an aroma of white florals, pear, apricot, and honey, with hints of herbs and sweet spices. Soft, clean, and savoury on the palate, with a delicious almond-nuttiness, subtle dried fruit notes, and minerality that builds on the aroma. Structured and powerful, but never overwhelming.
