Fresh on the nose, with notes of lemon-lime and white peach. Medium bodied, with ripe peach, citrus and stone fruits, subtle oak spices, and butter. Smooth with an elegant finish.
Nerd Notes

Chardonnay from Piccadilly Valley, Adelaide Hills, grown with organic viticulture.
Grapes are hand picked, chilled and direct pressed, lightly settled.
Barrel fermented with native yeast and aged for 11 months on gross lees until racking, all in old French oak.

Bottled unfiled unfiltered and unfussed.
