Old vine Grenache blended with young Cinsault from Wayne Ahrens on the sands of Vine Vale.
Carbonic matrimony for 2 weeks.
Pressed without crushing into tank to finish its sugar before aging 9 months in mostly large old oak.
Ferment usually takes around 6 weeks but the results are worth it.
