Delicious Pinot from Alsace. A bit of a back vintage this one and super limited.
Light to medium with a smooth palate with fine tannins. Smoky dark cherry flavours with notes of black fruit and forest floor. Really good.

ABOUT THE PRODUCER
Les Vins Pirouettes is an informal grouping of Alsatian growers and winemakers. Founded by Christian Binner and run by Remi Segura and enologists Pierre Sanchez and Xavier Couturier.
The wines are made by an ever growing group of winemakers, made in their own cellars with organic fruit and no additions. The idea behind the name is to have fun while also being impressively good.
