Made with herbs and botanicals from around the Langhe region and fortified with Grappa made from Barbaresco grown Nebbiolo grape pomace.

The grappa is made using the last direct-fire copper alembic still that remains in operation.

After the pomace has been used, it is converted into still's fuel used the following the next season by being sun dried and formed into bricks.
