Crisp in character, lively on the palate, with creamy bubbles and a bright acid line.

Chardonnay from Qingtongxia in Ningxia, China.

Picked, before being fermented in stainless steel tank for 30 days.
Minqian Shifeng Longjing tea leaves were added directly to the fermenting wine, for a slow infusion over 20 days.

The fermenting wine is filtered and bottled, completing fermentation in-bottle.
