A delightfully fresh Fiano - full of Campanian goodness by way of the Mclaren Vale.

Roasted hazelnut and pistachio, saline-minerality, fresh seaside herbs and botanicals, all supported by lemon, lime, and fresh citrus oil. Deliciously layered in flavours, fresh fruit notes giving way to notes of dried and oxidative fruit, and an evolution throughout its herbal and botanical notes.

Crisp yet textural on the palate, medium bodied and dry, with bright saline acidity, grippy fruit tannin, and a vibrant mineral-herbal finish.

A portion undergoes skin contact for 90 days, but the result is wine that sits somewhere between orange wine and white wine.

NERD NOTES

Organic grown fruit, sourced from the hilltop and Lanark vineyards in McLaren Vale, SA.

Fermented with 80% macerated on skins for 90 days and the remaining 20% direct pressed to barrel, before being blended and aged for 10 months in old oak.

Minimal added sulphur.
