Aromatic notes of fresh cherries, blood orange, and violets, followed up with ripe fruit flavours of raspberry and strawberry, wet earth, oak spices, and a savoury-undergrowth character. Medium bodied and dry on the palate, with a velvety texture coming from fine earthy tannin, fresh acidity, and a moreish spiced element.
