Ripe blackberry and a little oregano maybe. Smooth med-bodied and the tannins are soft. Bit of acid, bit of minerality. All these things and still approachable.

NERD NOTES

Macerated on skins 7 days. Then steel ferment. full Malolactic. Then 8 months in steel. The Nero spends a little while in Chestnut. Bottled with minimal sulfides.

Made by two friends (aww) Alessandro Viola and Luigi Stalteri that wanted to champion the Cataratto grape in their region.
