Nerd notes: 650 meters above sea level, with north-facing exposure and strong day–night temperature swings, this site naturally delivers freshness and tension in the wines.. Fermented and aged on the lees in oak tonneaux for 9 months in oxidative style . Bottled unfiltered, with very low sulfites (10 mg/L). From second release, disgorgment in Jan-Feb 2025 with 20 months on lees.
