Aromatic and perfumed on the nose, with red fruits and spices. Expands in flavour, with red and dark fruit - berries, cherry, plum, and light currant notes - and spiced tones of vanilla, cloves, and sweet baking spices.

Bright and structured on the palate, smoothly texture, with well-integrated tannins and a dash fresh acidity. Clean on the finish with a slightly spiced twang.

Enjoy by itself or with classic French bistro food, or grilled meat, seafood, or veggies.
