Mada - Pinot Gris 2023

As with all of Mada's wines, each plot of grapes was vinified in several batches and then blended to perfection. This Pinot Gris saw slightly harder pressings with texture in mind, and fermentation in mostly steel (55%), part old French oak (25%) and part whole berry (20%).

Spiced pears, citrussy guava and a hint of mandarin peel, with a delightful saline mouthfeel. Yum.
