Full of alpine berries and dark fruit - think raspberry, mulberry, cranberry, and currants, all fresh and crunchy - with a touch of green herbaceous-ness, rich freshly tilled earth, subtle spiced notes, and a touch savoury.

Smooth on the palate, touch crunchy on the texture, bright acid, fine tannin that gives structure, and a moreish vegetal savoury-ness that carries through to the finish.
