An easy drinking skin contact blend, made from grapes sourced around Australia.
Orange blossom and ripe stone fruit aromatics. Textural peach and apricot on the palate, along with orange peel, spice, bell pepper, and earth. Light bodied. Striking a delicious balance between savoury and topical notes.

NERD NOTES
Skin contact wine, blended from 70% Chardonnay, 18% Chenin Blanc, 10% Semillon, and 2% White Muscat.
The Chardonnay and Semillon are from Grove Estate vineyards in the Hilltops, NSW.
The Chenin Blanc is from Tumblong Hills, in Gundagai, NSW.
The white Muscat is from Ricca Terra vineyards in the Riverland, SA.
Grapes were skin fermented using natural yeasts by parcel, basket pressed into seasoned French oak barriques, puncheons, and stainless steel, and stored for 24 months.
No fining, no filtration, minimal sulphur at bottling.
ABOUT MALLALUKA
Mallaluka is a small family winemaking operation based out of Yass, NSW (within the Canberra wine region).
They grow 5 acres of vines and purchase grapes from across Australia, sourcing varieties from vineyards and regions they like, to produce the most expressive wines they can.
Their wines experience no additions & no fining/filtering, with minimal sulphur added at bottling.
