‘Lunacy’ is a biodynamic, bottle-fermented Pet Nat that rides the line between structured and unhinged. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay co-ferment with native yeasts before finishing in bottle—no dosage, no filtration, just raw sparkle.

Expect wild strawberries, sour cherries, sea spray, and a fine savoury edge. It’s dry, brisk, and a little feral—like a midnight swim you weren’t planning to take.
