MAS L'ATET
Family winery Mas l’Altet is owned and operated by husband-and-wife team Alfredo and Nina, who met at university studying winemaking. Their small estate of just two hectares is inherited from Alfredo’s grandfather, who, with Alfredo, dreamed of using the land to plant vines and make wine.
Alfredo and Nina realised this dream in 2007 with their first wine ‘Avi’ – which means Grandfather in Catalan (a dialect of which is spoken in the area). Farming their estate organically and biodynamically there wines are bottled un-fined and unfiltered, and all bottles are individually numbered.
