Bright and aromatic red from Valpolicella!

Rich aromatics of red berries, candied oranges and zesty citrus, and pepper tones. Strawberry and crushed red berry fruit flavours, accompanied by blood orange, black and white pepper, and a moreish balsamic character.

Bright and fresh on the palate, dry, softly texture, a subtly grippy tannin structure and a touch of acid to balance. 

Serve as is or pair with salads, fish, light meat dishes, cheese, or pizza.

NERD NOTES

A blend of Corvina, Corvinone, and Rondinella, cultivated with organic viticulture, grown on limestone soil between 100 to 400 metres in altitude.

The grapes are hand harvested, gently destemmed, and crushed. They are then macerated on skins for a few days in stainless steel vats, where they then fermented and aged for several months. The wine is aged for a further 6 months in bottle.
