Mem's Tumbarumba Sparkling Riesling!!

Fresh aromatics of white blossom, crushed pear, crisp lemon and lime fruit, and a dollop of honey. Green apples, pear, and more citrus fruit in flavour, cardamon soda, and savoury spice.

Fresh and bright on the palate, energetic bubbles, soft chalky texture, and all held together by a vibrant racy acidity.

NERD NOTES

Riesling from Tarumba Ridge vineyard, Tumbarumba. The vines grow on 'Green Hills Granite' soils - a mix of coarse grained quartz and feldspar with minor biotite, weathered to a nutrient poor and well draining sandy loam.

Grapes from two different vintages, hand harvested on 26th March 2023 and 3rd March 2024.

Fermented with natural yeasts in stainless steel. Matured in two seasoned oak puncheons and one newer Austrian hogshead.

Unfiltered and no added sulphur.
