An aromatic and cloudy field blend that sees an extended time on skins.

Fragrant notes of cardamon and spiced tones, white stone fruit, and tropical florals. Builds in flavours, with more rich spiced notes, preach and apricot, and an underlying salinity.

Soft on the palate, richly textured with gentle tannin, structured with a bright acid core. Full of complexity and something to savour, slowly opening up and revealing new depths.

A field blend of Marsanne, Viognier, and Muscat.

All varieties were hand-picked together, co-fermented and aged on skins for 100 days, in a combination of open top barrel and clay amphora.

Unfiltered, unfined, and bottled w minimal added sulphur.
