For our first super fancy non-alcoholic cocktail we have made the thing we like to drink the most. Introducing the Mischief Brew Aperitivo Spritz!

It’s a little bit bitter, a little bit sweet with a tart grapey backbone all complimenting a complex and carefully balanced array of citrus, roots, herbs and botanicals.

We got real tricky with this one to create the body, heat, acidity and mouth feel you might expect from a spritz.

Conscious, thought-provoking drinking. No hangovers guaranteed. Unless you want to add a slug of gin. Or vermouth. Or your favourite bitter aperitivo. All good ideas.
