From a biodynamically farmed plot of 35 yr old vines grown on marl/clay soil, it was handpicked, whole bunch pressed, and fermented & aged in steel tanks for 6 months on lees.
"Dry, linear and elegant with bright green apple fruit, pink grapefruit, flinty minerality, this wine has a harmonious palate with a little texture from the ageing process on lees. Fresh with a salty finish."

A fine expression of the classic Riesling grape from the iconic Alsace region on France. Mittnacht Freres have been producing biodynamic wines for quite some time and are well known for their refined wines. They own some parcels in the Grand Crus like "Rosaker" or "Osterberg".
