"His seven-hectare vineyard is planted to a plethora of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir clones, perched at 380m ASL in the Dunstan Valley, Bendigo, on the western slopes of the oldest remaining glacier valley in NZ. Farmed organically and made with minimal fuss, these wines are pure expressions of long hanging fruit, carefully grown, on mineral rich heavy clays with features limestone and schist."
