A squelchy, skin-fermented field blend from the iconoclasts at Momento Mori. Nosiola is a grape local to the wild mountains of Trentino, and the label pays homage to the tops of them and Japanese woodblock art. Fermented on skins, aged in old oak, and bottled with zero additions. Wild and textural but beautifully clean.
Tasting Notes
- Dried orange rind, white peach, apricot kernel
- Herbal lift, citrus pith, saline minerality
- Grippy texture, medium body, dry finish
Drink cool, not cold. Best with salt, sun, or something fermented. This is a wine that feels like memory—foggy, golden, and alive.
