A dense and dark Slovenian Cabernet Sauvignon.

Ripe black fruit in flavour, with notes of blackberry, blueberry, mulberry, blackcurrant, subtle violet and fern aromatics, liquorice, with chocolate, coffee, and oak spices developing in the glass.

Soft and dense on the palate, medium bodied, chewy tannin, rounded mouthfeel, and a long spiced finish.

NERD NOTES

Fermented with 2 weeks of skin maceration.

Aged for 2 years in oak barrique barrels, followed by 6 months in stainless steel before bottling.
